Advanced Design:

5" Vortex Half Ball is the new and improved training tool for your Rocker and Wobble boards. Originally designed to fit inside the Vortex board with the smaller Skate Kit rail. The new recessed area on the flat side allows you to place the 3" Mini Ball inside it and create the unpredictable combination called the Thrasher or the Rock and Roll if you have 2 Half Balls. All Starter boards using 5" Half Balls can now create these advanced board ride options!

Get The Basics Down:

5" Half Ball is a beginner size for all Starter boards. Offering enough tilt for a balance challenge without overpowering a beginner. A great way to allow skill progression and add variety to exercises.

Balance On This:

You have the freedom to place half balls anywhere which makes each exercise unique. Keep it centered for an even weight distribution or place it to the side and work that side harder.

Place one half ball under the board to create a wobble board and have board tilt in 360o full rotation.

Place two half balls under the board to create a rocker board that will tilt in two directions. Balancing left and right, forward and backward or on a diagonal plane.

5 of 5 I Use These a Lot More than Expected February 7, 2021

I already had a wobble board before my Si Board and didn't expect to use the halves a lot, but they are really useful for isolating specific muscles. I've been rehabbing a knee injury, and the the rocker and wobble combos are helpful for working only one leg at a time so I can strengthen and re-balance. The halves are also fun for the combos with the 3" balls.
