Adding multiple products may over calculate shipping with size and weight. We will refund shipping overages calculated by the website. Sometimes shipping does not calculate stating rates unavailable. We will contact you with shipping options and pricing.

We value your time invested in purchasing your Si Boards products and feel this added security helps protect your order from theft, damage or loss and the hassle of having to contact us for claims and waiting longer for your items. All products are shipped from California and often in very large and heavy boxes. This may require special handling and inadvertent delays. We do our best to ship quickly however, we cannot control unforeseen shipping delays once in route. Please contact us if you require special shipping due to signature or timing.

We treat all customers equally with the same fair price and personal attention. We process all orders in the order they are received. Priority mail option is the speed of shipping once it leaves us and does not prioritize your order ahead of previous customers. Items are built to order and we need additional time for proper quality control.
